Reena Dahle, Ph.D.
Senior Director of Engineering
Reena Dahle is the Senior Director of Engineering at Metamag. She leads a cross-functional engineering team in the development of disruptive technologies that assure access to the electromagnetic spectrum on mission-critical platforms. With more than 15 years of experience in microfabrication, product development, systems engineering, and technical leadership, Reena oversees the full engineering lifecycle—from architecture and design to testing, integration, and successful product delivery.
Prior to joining Metamag, Dr. Dahle was a tenured professor of Electrical Engineering at State University of New York (SUNY), where her research on the use of additive manufacturing in microwave and RF engineering has produced influential publications, patents, and industry-relevant technology. She has led industry-funded research programs as Principal Investigator, developed novel device architectures, and mentored diverse research teams, helping shape the next generation of engineering leaders.
Before transitioning into academia, Reena served as a Senior Microwave Engineer at MITEQ, where she worked on the development of low-noise amplifiers, filters, and subsystem architectures as part of the SATCOM division. Her work supported mission-critical technologies serving commercial and government markets and contributed to MITEQ’s reputation for best-in-class performance and engineering excellence.
Reena holds a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and travel.
