Pamela Rodgers

Ms. Rodgers is the Senior Director of Contracts and Supply Chain at Metamagnetics, where she oversees the full lifecycle of Contract Management as well as Procurement, Shipping and Receiving, Facilities Management, and Government Property Administration. She also serves as a key advisor to the Metamagnetics Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on contracting strategy, compliance, and corporate policy.

Before joining Metamagnetics, Ms. Rodgers held senior roles across both large and small businesses in the Aerospace and Defense sector, including Director of Subcontracts & Purchasing at Dynamics Research Corporation, where she also served as the Small Business Liaison Officer, and Senior Contract Manager at Collins Aerospace.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management from New Hampshire College, a Masters’ Certificate in Acquisition & Contracting from American Graduate University and is an NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager. Outside the office, Ms. Rodgers enjoys life in the coastal town of Newburyport, Massachusetts. When she’s not on a tennis court or playing Mah Jongg with friends, you can find her spending time with her husband and visiting her adult children in Austin and Chicago.
