Eric Leskly

Eric Leskly is Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Senior Advisor at Metamag.  He works with the Executive Team on strategy, growth, organizational scaling and leadership development.  Eric first joined Metamag through DAPRA and IQT’s Embedded Entrepreneur/Emerge program, which pairs early-stage companies and experienced entrepreneurs in the national security space.  Eric is also a board member of Metamag and serves as Executive Vice Chair of the Board.

Eric is a serial entrepreneur and investor with 20+ years of executive leadership in defensetech, aerospace and mission-critical companies. He has a strong track record of driving growth, commercializing technologies, scaling operations and managing performance.  Eric was previously CEO and President of STC Corporation, a defense contractor developing specialized MRO products for DoD and leading commercial defense clients.  In 2021, Eric led the sale of STC to AMS Group.  

Eric holds an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles and a BA from Columbia University, both with academic honors.  Outside of work, he enjoys endurance sports and being an amateur chef.
